Welcome to BeeMyTask LTD mobile applications. By using our apps, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our applications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any BeeMyTask LTD application ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use the apps.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Description of Service
Our Apps provide various features depending on the specific application: • Create and track progress within the app • Earn achievements and rewards • Customize your experience with optional items and themes • Receive reminders and notifications • Access premium features through in-app purchases The Apps are provided "as is" and may evolve over time with updates or new features.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may sign in with: • A Google account, or • An anonymous guest account You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you lose access to your account or uninstall the app without backup, your data may be unrecoverable.
5. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy. We store limited user data in Firebase (Google Cloud), including: • App-specific data and progress • Achievements, preferences, and themes • Purchase history (for cosmetics or subscriptions) We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. 6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
• Some features (like Premium, skins, or animations) are available through one-time or recurring payments handled by Google Play. • Prices may vary depending on your region and currency. • Purchases are managed by Google; BeeMyTask LTD does not directly handle payment processing or refunds. • Subscription benefits (like Premium) are active only while the subscription remains valid. • You can restore purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app. • The User shall pay the fees displayed in the App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). • Payment is processed exclusively via the respective App store in accordance with its terms and conditions. • You can cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play settings. • Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.
7. Ownership and Content
All content, designs, text, code, and visuals in our Apps are owned by the developer and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Apps without written permission. Your created data remains yours, but you grant BeeMyTask LTD a license to store and display it within the app's functionality.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the apps for unlawful or abusive purposes • Attempt to interfere with the app's servers or data • Misuse in-app purchases or attempt fraudulent transactions Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or deletion of your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. • Our Apps are intended for entertainment and personal use only. • They are not medical, therapeutic, or psychological tools. • We are not liable for any loss of data, missed reminders, or personal outcomes resulting from app use. • Consult qualified professionals for health or mental health concerns. • We are not responsible for any outcomes related to your use of the Apps.
10. Changes to the App and Terms
10.1 Changes to Apps • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Apps at any time. • We may update the Apps to add or remove features. • We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation. 10.2 Changes to Terms • We may update these Terms at any time. • Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. • If you don't agree to changes, stop using the Apps.
11. Termination
You may stop using our Apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if: • You breach these Terms. • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity. • Required by law. • We discontinue the Apps.
12. Effect of Termination
Upon termination: • Your right to use the Apps ceases immediately. • We may delete your account and data. • Provisions that should survive termination (liability limitations, indemnification) remain in effect.
13. Google Play Compliance
Our Apps are distributed through Google Play and subject to Google's terms: • You must comply with Google Play's Terms of Service. • Purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies. • Google may remove the Apps from your device if they violate their policies.
14. Your Data Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding your personal data. You have the right to: • Access your personal data we store. • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data. • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). • Export your data ("data portability"). • Object to certain types of data processing. • Withdraw consent at any time. 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
