How do I leave a review?
After your Tasker invoices you for the task, you can leave a rating and review for them through the beemytask app or your online dashboard.
When rating your Tasker, you can give it 1–5 stars. 1–2 stars are displayed as a “negative” rating, and 3–5 stars as a “positive” rating. You can also leave a public comment about your Tasker at the bottom of the page.
Evaluation guidelines
Be factual and honest and focus on the execution of the task, not on the character of the user.
Do not post inappropriate content (such as profanity, personal insults, slurs, obscenities, hate speech, discrimination, etc.) or any other content that violates our Terms of Service .
Do not leave a positive review in exchange for a discount or a full waiver of payment.
Refer only to the task execution, not to your satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the platform. (You should always send comments about the platform to the beemytask customer support team .)
Submit your evaluation promptly (within 30 days of task completion) and refrain from making comments that are not related to the task itself.
Only give one rating for each task.
Do not violate the privacy of other users by publishing personal information about them.
To encourage honest feedback and avoid conflict, we ask users not to contact each other about negative reviews. If a Tasker contacts you after you’ve left a review, please report it to our Customer Support team at support@beemytask.com
